Truck crashes into Wentzville home

At about 8:50 a.m. Wednesday morning, authorities were called to the corner of Kingsway Drive and Warsen Avenue in Wentzville where a truck crashed into a home. Initial reports indicated the driver had been slumped over the steering wheel.
Tire tracks could be traced through a neighbor’s backyard. The truck also broke through a fence before coming to rest inside the back of the home on Kingsway. This home is listed “for sale,” though it is not apparent if it is currently occupied.
The truck appeared to be a work vehicle.
