SUV strikes embankment and overturns

On Friday, July 16 at about 3:00 p.m., Rodger L. Madry, 56, of Foristell, was driving a 2004 Ford Explorer westbound on Interstate 70, just west of Wentzville Parkway.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the driver lost control and slid off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle returned to the roadway and skidded across the westbound lanes before traveling off the right side of the roadway, striking an embankment and overturning.
Madry sustained minor injuries and was taken to St. Joseph West Hospital by St. Charles County Ambulance. He was wearing a seatbelt during the accident.
