Head-on crash on Interstate 70

On Friday, November 5 at about 12:30 p.m., Gail M. Stock, 67, of Wentzville was driving a 1998 Saturn eastbound in the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 at Route Z.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Matthew J. Miller, 33, of Warrenton was traveling in the westbound lanes in a 1998 Honda Accord and struck the Saturn head-on.
Both Stock and Miller suffered serious injuries and were airlifted by ARCH to St. John’s Medical Center in Creve Coeur.
Stock and Miller were both wearing seatbelts during the accident.
