A. R. Gurney’s WHAT I DID LAST SUMMER will be presented this week by the Center Stage Theatre of St. Charles Community College.
In this warm drama, which examines the differences between materialism and idealism, Charlie Higgins, a 14-year-old boy, meets Anna the ‘Pig Woman.’ This eccentric outcast encourages Charlie to live freely and follow his heart, much to the dismay of his family.
