Thief identified; needs located

The St. Peters Police Department needs help from the community in locating a suspect recently identified in several thefts from Costco this year.
The suspect has been positively identified as Claudio Eduardo Andrade, but also uses the name Clyde E. Dickerson.
Andrade/Dickerson is a white male, 48 years old, 5’9” and 195 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. There are tattoos on both his arms (unknown description of tattoos).
His last known address was on Blair Street in St. Louis. It is believe the suspect may have left the St. Louis area.
