Suspect arrested from surveillance photo

St. Peters Police arrested a subject who appeared in surveillance pictures released on June 16, 2009. An anonymous tipster contacted the St. Peters Police Department after seeing surveillance photos on a local media website and identified the male subject as:
35-year old Patrick J. Timmerman, of the 300 block of Shadow Trace Drive in Wentzville.
Timmerman was arrested without incident and booked for Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card. Timmerman was released from St. Peters Police custody pending application of warrants.
There is no further information to report at this time as the investigation is still ongoing.
