Public’s help needed identifying suspect

St. Peters and O’Fallon Police Departments need help from the public in identifying a forgery suspect who has stolen just over $12,000 from the victim’s bank account.

The victim’s wallet, which included her driver’s license and bank account information, was stolen from her vehicle in the west St. Louis County area on Aug. 14.

The unidentified female suspect used the victim’s identification and withdrew money from the victim’s bank accounts on at least two separate occasions at the Commerce Banks in O’Fallon and St. Peters.

The suspect is described as a white female, 35 to 40 years old with dark brown hair, approximately 5’8” to 5’10” and 200 to 215 lbs. The suspect was wearing glasses in surveillance photos.
