FEMA sends letter to St. Peters about Premier 370

In a letter dated, May 27, The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) stated they are currently preparing a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), anticipated by St. Peters because of the Premier 370 project. The LOMR will be issued in approximately 30 days.
The Flood Insurance Rate Map and Flood Insurance Study report will be revised by the LOMR. However, a 30-day comment period will be held, providing an opportunity for citizens and community officials to submit additional scientific or technical data before the changes become effective.
Also, a 90-day appeal period will be announced, on two separate dates, in a local newspaper. It will also be published in the Federal Register.
