Driver seriously injured during accident

On Thursday, Oct. 22 at about 10:00 p.m., Lindsay E. Kreienheder, 26 of St. Peters, was driving a 2007 Pontiac G6 eastbound on Interstate 70, east of Highway 94.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Kreienheder lost control of the vehicle, struck the median wall and the vehicle began to spin. Kreienheder regained control of the car and pulled to the shoulder of the roadway.
Kreienheder suffered serious injuries and was taken to St. Joseph Health Center by St. Charles County Ambulance. She was wearing a seatbelt during the accident.
