Due to ongoing building renovations, the St. Charles County Department of Community Health and the Environment will temporarily close its immunization clinic starting Wednesday, Apr. 30. The clinic will reopen on Monday, May 5.

“We understand the burden this places on residents,” said Nancy Duncan, director of the Division of Public Health. “However, we are taking this step now so that we can improve our delivery of services in the future.”

Citizens are encouraged to check the Construction Update page on www.scchealth.org for up-to-the-minute information on the status of renovations and any temporary closings or relocations. Construction at the health department building on Boone’s Lick Road in St. Charles is expected to be complete by the end of summer.
