Francis Howell School District school locks down

On Thursday afternoon, Castlio Elementary School, in the Francis Howell School District, locked down after a teacher reported possibly seeing a gunman on the premises.

The teacher’s call was made at about 3:30 p.m. and the school was locked-down for about half an hour.

Police found three middle-schoolers in possession of Airsoft-type guns. The juveniles were taken into custody by the St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department.
