Teen overturns SUV; charged with DWI

On Friday, August 7 at about 11:55 p.m., Brian J. Walker, 19, of St. Charles, was heading eastbound on Highway 94 at Pralle in a 2002 Ford Explorer.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol: Walker lost control of the vehicle, traveled through the median, crossed the westbound lanes of Highway 94, struck the guardrail and overturned. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
Walker suffered minor injuries and was taken to St. Joseph East Medical Center by St. Charles County EMS.
He was charged with DWI.
