Summer’s here and the St. Charles City-County Library District is set to hold this year’s summer reading programs, Make a Splash-Read! for kids and Make Waves @ Your Library for teens from June 7 through August 7.
When finished with their reading, participants will receive prizes and be entered into drawings. For “extra credit,” readers who complete book reports will be rewarded with separate prize drawings.
