Need a job? The St. Charles City-County Library District has openings for three reference paraprofessionals: two at the Corporate Parkway location (Wentzville/Lake Saint Louis) and one at the Middendorf-Kreddel location (O’Fallon). Two of the jobs offer 24 hours per week and the other, 20 hours per week.
Duties involved include performing public service duties in the Reference area and assisting library patrons. Candidates are required to have a BA or BS degree and one year experience in customer or public service. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary as well as completing the Library District’s four-month Paraprofessional training within one year of employment. The position pays $14.39 per hour.
