The Kisker Road Branch of the St. Charles City-County Library will host an ice cream event on Tuesday, Aug. 25 from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. All ages are sure to have a cool time learning about ice cream, hearing stories and enjoying a yummy frozen treat.
