Fun in St. Charles this weekend

Head out to St. Charles for some family excitement this weekend. Music, swimming and shopping are all on the agenda.

Family Fun Night
Check out “Family Fun Night” at Frontier Park from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. this Fri., June 6. That 80’s Band will provide the sounds for this family-friendly event. Food and beverages will be available and proceeds will benefit the Humane Society.

Wapelhorst Park Fun
Swimming and other activities are planned at Wapelhorst Park from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. this Fri., June 6.

From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., The Wapelhorst Aquatic Center will offer free admission and water games for the kids.

From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Wapelhorst Park Ballfields, there will be music by the Rhythm Watch Band. Until 9:30 p.m. there will be children’s games, inflatable rides, clown, balloon maker and more on Wapelhorst Field #4.

Fleur De Lis Market
Get up early and head over to the Fleur De Lis Market in Frenchtown on Sat., June 7. The market is open from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

There will be merchandise booths, food booths, musical entertainment and a petting zoo.

This event will be held in the park area bounded by Howard, North Second Street and Wilkinson Street.
