September 10, 2010
St. Charles, MO
At about 9:25 a.m. Friday, Sept. 10, First State Bank on North Fifth Street near Washington Street in St. Charles was robbed.
According to scanner reports: the suspect is a black female, approximately 25 to 26 years of age, with a long ponytail and long fingernails painted green. She appeared wet as if she had been walking in the rain.
The suspect displayed a note which implied she had a weapon, though she did not display one. The woman took an unknown amount of cash in denominations of $100s and $20s. She was not seen leaving in a vehicle, so she may have fled on foot.
When the call was initially dispatched, the address which was displayed was the First State Bank location at 3461 Technology Drive in Lake Saint Louis. Officers later performed a mock 911 call to determine which address shows and stated the phone issue will be fixed.
