St. Charles Haz-Mat team assists with truck fire

Late Thursday afternoon, a tractor trailer fire, in a parking lot shared by McDonald’s in Wright City, was reported.
According to initial reports, a hazmat team as well as a truck carrying foam were called to the scene.
St. Charles County W.O.R.L.D.S. left a voice mail message with the Wright City Fire Department. We were told no one would be able to answer questions until Monday.
Wentzville Fire Department responded to the accident as a secondary agency to assist Wright City Fire but was hesitant to comment.
