One-vehicle accident on Highway 79

On Thursday, January 21, at about 3:30 p.m., Chad A. Storm, 37, from Annawan, IL, was heading southbound on Highway 79, South of Route Y in a 2001 Hyundai Elantra.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Storm lost control of the vehicle and exited the roadway to the right. The undercarriage struck a ditch.
Storm suffered minor injuries and was taken to St. Joseph West Hospital by St. Charles County Ambulance.
Storm was wearing a seatbelt during the accident.
