New Year’s Day motor vehicle accident

On Friday, Jan. 1, Brian R. Biederman, 25, of St. Peters, was driving a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am westbound on Highway 364, about a half mile west of Harvester.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Biederman traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck the median wall. The vehicle then returned to the roadway where it came to rest.
Biederman suffered serious injuries and was taken by St. Charles County Ambulance to St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur.
Biederman was wearing a seat belt during the accident.
