Trixie Delight to rock Civic Park

Would you like to hear your favorite rock bands from the 60s through the 90s, live, and on one stage?
That’s the audio-musical experience that Trixie Delight aims to replicate for their fans. Trixie Delight will perform at O’Fallon’s Jammin’ Outdoor Concert from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23, in Civic Park , O’Fallon, Missouri 63366. The band’s song list includes Janis Joplin’s “Piece of My Heart,” Led Zeppelin’s “Black Dog,” the Rolling Stone’s “Gimmee Shelter,” AC/DC’s “You Shook Me All Night,” the Doors’ “Break On Through,” and others by Heart, Wings, Nine Inch Nails, Foo Fighters, and Weezer, to name a few.
Admission and parking are free, and concessions will be available. Kids can play on the ADA-accessible playground near the bandstand. Bring chairs or blankets for lawn seating around the bandstand. Coolers are permitted, but they are subject to inspection by police officers, park rangers and Parks Department personnel. For safety’s sake, no glass containers are allowed in the park. Directions - On I-70, take Exit 217 at highways K and M ( Main Street ). Drive north on Main Street for approximately one-half mile; after crossing the railroad tracks make an immediate left (west) onto Civic Park Drive. Civic Park is on the right about three locks down.
