Shots fired on Prynnwood Lane

On Jan. 21, 2011, at approximately 10:50 p.m., the O’Fallon Police Department responded to the 900 block of Prynnwood Lane in reference to reports of multiple shots being fired.
A 50-year-old male resident, there with his wife, refused to exit an apartment. Surrounding residences were evacuated for safety.
St. Charles County Regional SWAT responded, and the subject was taken into custody without further incident at approximately 4:39 a.m. The subject taken into custody was Keith Neumann, a 50-year-old resident of O’Fallon.
The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued warrants on Keith Neumann for Unlawful Use of a Loaded Firearm/Projectile Weapon by an Intoxicated Subject and Unlawful Use of a Weapon with a $20,000 bond, no 10% authorized.
