Roscoe the raccoon looks forward to festivities

Everyone’s invited to the open house and ribbon cutting at the O’Fallon Waste Transfer Station on March 28 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This will be a day of showing off recent improvements and upgrades made to the station. Trucks and transfer equipment will be on display and Roscoe, O’Fallon’s recycling raccoon, will be in attendance.
