Police request assistance from public

O’Fallon, MO
On 11/19/10 at 3:02 p.m., the suspect entered Wal-Mart located at 1307 Highway K in O’Fallon and purchased an iPad and a 2-year service plan which totaled $1,003.49 with tax.
At approximately 4:45 hours the same date, the suspect then entered AAA Vacuum in O’Fallon and purchased a vacuum for $935.39. Both purchases were made with counterfeit checks.
The O’Fallon Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying the suspect from the video surveillance photos. Anyone with information on this case contact Detective Mountain at 636-379-5534 or the O’Fallon Police Department at 636-240-3200.
