O’Fallon Police Department asks for public’s help

The O’Fallon Police Department is asking for help from residents in discovering a motto for the department. The City of O’Fallon is holding a slogan contest open to O’Fallon residents of all ages.

The best overall entry of the contest will receive a one-year individual pass to the Renaud Spirit Center and an O’Fallon gift basket.

The winning slogan will be concise, memorable and underscore the police department’s commitment to O’Fallon residents. Explanations are encouraged.

Entry forms and guidelines can be found O’Fallon City Hall, The Renaud Spirit Center, the O’Fallon Senior Center, O’Fallon’s public libraries and at www.ofallon.mo.us/PDcontest.

Residents may submit as many entries as desired, but a separate submission form must be completed for each slogan. Known slogans/mottos will not be considered.

The Senior Advisory Committee will choose the best entries and then present their recommendations to the City Council.
