O’Fallon man charged with Sexual Misconduct

On March 19, 2009, the St. Charles County Prosecutor charged Rodney W. Swank, 52, of O’Fallon, with four counts of Sexual Misconduct involving a child under 15.
In Dec., 2006, two eight-year-old girls reported that an unidentified subject exposed himself to them after calling them over to his vehicle on Shinnecock Hills Court in O’Fallon.
In July, 2007, two girls, ages 11 and 13, reported that an unidentified subject called them over to his vehicle and exposed himself to them on Grand Drive in O’Fallon.
Earlier this month, the St. Louis County Police arrested Swank for similar incidents that took place in St. Louis County. The St. Louis County Prosecutor charged Swank with Sexual Misconduct involving a child under 15.
Based on this information, the previous incidents in O’Fallon were re-opened. This resulted in victims positively identifying Swank through a photo line-up.
Swank is currently being held on a $75,000 cash only bond.
