Man charged with First Degree Statutory Sodomy

From O’Fallon Police Department:
On Nov. 29, a seven-year-old victim reported that her mother’s boyfriend, identified as 36-year-old Phillip Ray Parker of O’Fallon, allegedly touched her inappropriately and exposed himself to her while he was babysitting her. The incident took place at the victim’s residence in O’Fallon.
On Dec. 2, detectives arrested Parker at his residence in O’Fallon. On Dec. 3, the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Parker with First Degree Statutory Sodomy. His bond was set at $500,000 cash only.
