Fire units were called Monday at about 2:40 p.m. to a house fire which destroyed a home on Edenshire Court in O’Fallon.

Units from Wentzville Fire Protection District, Central County Fire and Rescue, and the O’Fallon Fire Protection District responded to the scene. St. Charles County Ambulance District had a unit on standby in the area as well.

Red Cross was called to provide family assistance. The fire was extinguished by 3:30 p.m.
