Calling all young triathletes

On June 28, from 8 a.m. to noon, the Renaud Spirit Center will host a kids’ triathlon for ages 7 to 15. All aspects of a full triathlon will be offered.
Ages 7 to 10 will be able to participate in a 100-yard swim, a 3-mile bike course and a 1-mile run.
Ages 11 to 15 will be able to participate in a 150-yard swim, a 6-mile bike course and a 1.5-mile run.
The participation fee is $30 through June 20 and $40 thereafter. Triathletes should register with the Renaud Spirit Center, 636-474-2REC (2732) soon. The event is limited to 150 competitors.
