Brewery and fishing collectibles to be exhibited

Coming up in April and June on selected Sundays at O’Fallon’s historic Heald Home in Fort Zumwalt Park , visitors can see themed exhibits of collectibles displayed throughout the building.
Breweriana Exhibit – Not just for beer enthusiasts! On Sunday, April 10, visitors can see on display throughout the historic Heald Home items from a private collection of advertising items, signs, bottle caps, coasters, cork screws, bottle and can openers, and printed materials from large breweries and many microbreweries. Tours are conducted from 1 – 4 p.m., and the cost is $2 per person at the door. For more information, call 636-379-5502, or send an email to mseymour@ofallon.mo.us.
Vintage Fishing Lures Exhibit – Tour the Heald Home from 1 – 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 12, to see vintage fishing lures and other fishing gear on display throughout the house. Tours cost $2 per person at the door. For more information, call 636-379-5502, or email mseymour@ofallon.mo.us.
The Heald Home is a two-story brick house erected circa 1884 by Darius Heald, and restored by the City of O’Fallon in 2001. The home is located in Fort Zumwalt Park at 1001 Jessup Drive , O’Fallon, Missouri 63366.

Directions: On I-70, take Exit 217 at Highways K / M (Main Street) in O’Fallon, drive south on Highway K for one block to the stoplight at Veterans Memorial Parkway; turn right and then drive about one mile to the Fort Zumwalt Park entrance on the left.
