Rainy morning motor vehicle accident

On July 4, at about 8:27 a.m., William T. Czarnik, 39, of Lake Saint Louis, was traveling eastbound on Interstate 70, east of Highway 94 in a 2004 Saturn Vue.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Czarnik was driving too fast for conditions, lost control of the vehicle and struck the median wall.
Czarnik suffered minor injuries and was taken to St. Joseph Hospital West by St. Charles County Ambulance.
Czarnik was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
