Police seek help identifying counterfeiting suspect

Lake Saint Louis Police are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying a woman who is suspected of using counterfeit bills to make purchases in several locations.

The suspect is described as a white female, estimated to be between 18 and 24 years of age with long, straight, strawberry blond hair that hangs to her mid-back, approximately 18 inches long. Still photographs of the woman, obtained from security videos, accompany this article.

According to police, a black man who drives a dark-colored pickup truck with a camper is also a person of interest in the case. No photographs are currently available of this subject. This individual is believed to have passed counterfeit money with the same serial number as the bills passed by the woman pictured. It is not known whether the two individuals are associated with each other.
