Neighbors keep neighbors warm

Lake Saint Louis, MO
Nine years after its inception and over 100,000 coats later, the Warners’ Warm-up Coat Drive has become a dependable resource for impoverished men, women and children in the Bi-State. The Kurt Warner First Things First Foundation and Operation Food Search are once again teaming up with Metropolitan Police Departments in Missouri and Illinois for the ninth annual Warners’ Warm-Up Winter Coat Drive.
The Lake Saint Louis Police Department has once again volunteered to serve as a collection point. From Nov. 16 through Nov. 29, Lake Saint Louis residents and businesses are encouraged to donate new and gently-used winter coats at the Lake Saint Louis Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, to help keep our neighbors warm during the cold winter months.
Operation Food Search will ensure the coats get to those who need them most. For more information on Warners’ Warm-Up, contact Officer Susan Ochs at 636-625-8018 or visit www.kurtwarner.org.
