A male subject was trespassing and refused to leave a location on Medical Drive. Summons was issued for trespass and failure to comply at about 12:46 a.m.
An intoxicated driver was arrested at about 8:00 a.m. for DWI near Green Tree Elementary School on Ronald Reagan Drive.
A gas drive off was reported from a station on Hawk Ridge Trail at about 10:00 p.m.

Property damage of a sign, valued at $100, was reported on Hawk Ridge Trail.
A baby stroller was found at Founders Park at about 9:00 a.m.
An issue of counterfeiting, on Lake St. Louis Boulevard, is under investigation.
A summons was issued for a leash law violation that occurred on Harbor Bend Court.

A driver was arrested for DWI on westbound Interstate 70 near the 213 mile marker at about 1:50 a.m.
A vehicle was blocking a driveway on Rue Grand Drive at about 10:50 a.m.
A motor vehicle accident occurred at about 8:52 p.m. on Highway N at Hawk Ridge Trail. No injuries were reported.

A motor vehicle accident occurred on Bridlespur at North Fox Hound at about 12:17 a.m. Subject left the scene of the accident.
A subject was arrested for DWI on Oakley Lane at about 12:43 a.m.
Motor vehicle accident occurred at Ronald Reagan Drive at Hawk Ridge Trail at about 8:23 p.m. No injuries were reported.
At about 10:34 p.m., a traffic stop on Yard Drive at Charlemagne revealed substance and paraphernalia. Suspect was arrested and issued summons—possession of marijuana offense.

A wallet and contents were turned in at the Lake St. Louis Police Department at about 9:34 a.m.
A box of found personal papers and photos were returned to the owner.
Parts were stolen from a vehicle on Ampere Place.

At about 3:00 p.m., someone came into the Lake St. Louis Police Department regarding an identity theft issue. Associated street: Oak Hill Drive.
Checks were reported stolen at about 5:35 p.m. Associated street: North Fox Hound Drive.
