A new sign now welcomes visitors into Boulevard Park. According to Paul Markworth, City Administrator, the update is part of a sign modernization and standardization project for the city’s parks. A monument-style was chosen.

Tim Vanatta, Parks and Recreation Director, stated that the new Boulevard Park sign, which replaced the original painted wood marker, cost approximately $11,500.

The next park to get a sign make-over: Founders. The sign will be installed about the same time as the upcoming street alignment project for that area.
