Dessert table buckles under weight

Still in the midst of baking flurries? If you need just one more Christmas goodie to fill your cookie tray, here is a fast one which uses ingredients you probably already have on hand.

Pecan Bars

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans (or other nut)
Graham crackers

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Line the jelly roll pan with graham crackers.
Boil butter and brown sugar together for one minute.
Add pecans.
Pour brown sugar mixture over crackers.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Cut into bars.
Remove from pan while warm.
