Now that’s an outstanding budget

The St. Charles County Government recently received a Certificate of Recognition for its 2009 Budget Presentation.

Bob Schnur, Director of Finance for St. Charles County, accepted the award from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).

Considerable achievement was attained for a policy document, a financial plan, an operations guide and a communications device.

The GFOA stated it represents “the highest principles of governmental budgeting.”
